Job Duties:
Complete financial analysis for

Generate Morningstar and Money Guide Pro reports upon request
Provide excellent client service as well as resolving client and
office issues
Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to
clients and potential clients
May sit in on the client meetings and have some telephone contact
with client
Provide client appreciation and prospect seminar support as needed
Establish, define and update office procedure documents
Perform other various basic office duty tasks
Assist in the on-going growth and development of the firm as may be
needed

Commercial Energy Finance Manager
Introduction:
The Greater Cincinnati Energy
Alliance’s (Energy Alliance) mission is to facilitate investment in
energy efficiency for homeowners, non-profit organizations, and
commercial building owners through outreach and education, project
management, and financing solutions. The Energy Alliance manages an
energy efficiency program in seven jurisdictions in the
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. The Energy Alliance’s programs
focus on residential, non-profit, and small commercial sectors, soon
to expand to the larger commercial sector. The Energy Alliance
program is funded with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) funding
through the Better Buildings Neighborhood Program (Better
Buildings), which is the competitive portion of the Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. The Energy Alliance is one
of the thirty-five Better Buildings Grants awarded nationally by
DOE.
As part of the Better Buildings Grant,
the Energy Alliance and its partner will offer a Commercial Loan
Fund for energy retrofits in the Greater Cincinnati region. The
Energy Alliance will hire an experienced, highly motivated, and
highly skilled Commercial Energy Finance Manager (CEFM) to the
Finance Department of the Organization. This person will work
closely with the Finance Director and will be responsible for the $5
M+ commercial loan portfolio serving nonprofit and commercial
customers. The CEFM will assure that lending goals are met,
applicants are managed through the process, and customer and partner
satisfaction is achieved. The CEFM will work in an
interdisciplinary, mutually supportive manner in order to maximize
effective delivery of services and resources to designated market
sectors.
The CEFM will be a member of the
Finance Department team reporting directly to the Finance Director.
The CEFM will work closely with the Executive Director on Strategy
and Marketing Initiatives, the Operational Team on certifying the
technical aspects of the projects and the partner which will
administer the loan fund.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in finance or
related field of study required. Graduate degree in finance,
business, economics, marketing, energy analysis, public policy, or a
related field of study preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of related
experience in project/construction management, development and/or
real estate.
Primary Skills:
Demonstrated ability to market and
manage a commercial loan program or equivalent experience;
Direct experience with property owners, Non-Profit Organizations and
businesses in the greater Cincinnati community;
Underwrite building capital improvement financing;
Knowledge of various financing mechanisms (PACE, Power Purchase
Agreements, Revolving Loan Funds, etc.), energy performance
contracting, and utility incentives (portfolio standards, demand
response) available to offset/reduce costs of energy efficiency
installations;
Knowledge of project finance and conventional commercial lending;
Knowledge of and ability to understand and enforce regulatory
requirements;
Strong interpersonal skills.

equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with Finance Director and
external partners to manage $5M+ loan fund for new Non-Profit and
Commercial Building owners in the Greater Cincinnati area;
Manage loan loss reserve and incentive fund for commercial energy
projects;
Work collaboratively with Energy Alliance staff and local financial
institution partners to guide new clients through the loan
prequalification and application process;
Develop underwriting procedures and implement them as required;
Evaluate the market and effectively target customers that are best
positioned to benefit from the loan program;
Establish and implement a quality assurance program to manage,
track, and report all aspects of loan program for loan recipients;
Field all inquiries and information requests from potential and
existing loan participants;
Communicate regulatory requirements and ensure that project file
that meets all reporting and regulatory requirements is completed.

Support – Institutional Advancement Manager for Cincinnati Art
Museum in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Cincinnati Art Museum has an opening for an Institutional
Advancement Manager who will provide administrative support to the
Deputy Director of Institutional Advancement as well as to other
members of the department.
This position will manage a variety of special projects assigned by
the Deputy Director and assist other staff with projects within the
division. The responsibilities of the Institutional Advancement
Manager are to:
• Coordinate all aspects of Board of Trustees Development,
Nominating, and Art Academy committees including making meeting
arrangements, preparing materials, agendas, taking and transcribing
minutes and fielding questions from trustees.
• Research and develop fundraising materials for the Deputy Director
and Director.
• Manage all aspects of multiphase fundraising campaign, including
Former Art Academy Renovation Project and planning for future phases
of renovation.
• Provide correspondence and handle report/proposal preparation.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail including prioritizing,
copying, distributing, mailing, and filing.
• Assist with departmental mailings.
• Process purchase orders, maintain division files, and process
requests for information.
• Order and maintain all office equipment and supplies.
• Assist with printed materials, taking minutes and transcribing,
sorting incoming mail, screening phone calls, faxing, e-mails,
photocopies, and miscellaneous administrative duties.
• Interface with all personnel in the division, including Art Museum
staff, donors, volunteers, patrons, docents, trustees.
• Work cooperatively with other staff members to accomplish
institutional goals.
• Treat co-workers and visitors with respect.
• Provide excellence in service and always portray a positive and
professional image of the Art Museum.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest professional
standards.
• Adhere to all institutional policies.
College degree with a minimum of three years office or related
administrative experience required. The Institutional Advancement
Manager must have the proven ability to work successfully with
others to achieve institutional objectives, possess strong
interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and goal-oriented,
demonstrate flexibility and good judgment, be a team player, and
enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment. Successful
candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication
skills and a good working knowledge of database, word processing,
and other relevant computer programs. The ability to proofread and
write documents, effectively present information, respond to issues
with sensitivity and in a discreet manner is also required.
Experience with donor record management and reporting using The
Raiser’s Edge strongly desired.
