CHANGE IN SATURDAY EUCHARISTIC ADORATION TIMES

Beginning this month of August, Saturday Eucharistic Adoration will only be held from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.. This change is being made due to the frequent cancellations required for funerals, memorial services, weddings, etc.   The "good news" is that we will now be able to schedule Adoration on BOTH the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month!  Please make note of this change.  For August, Saturday Adoration will be on August 8th and August22nd.  We will continue to publish future dates for Saturday adoration in the bulletin.  Thanks so very much to all of you who have been so faithful with your attendance. Tuesday adoration will continue each week from 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

NOTE:  It is the policy at St. Ann to cancel adoration when the Northwest Schools are closed.

Jesus is here!!!

"When you look at the crucifix you understand how much Jesus loved you then. When you look at the Sacred Host you understand how much Jesus loves you now." (Mother Teresa of Calcutta)

"Imagine for a moment that we are living in Jesus’ time and He has invited us to visit with Him and spend some quiet time getting to know Him better. Being aware who He was, we would be humbled and honored by such an invitation. The good news is that Jesus is here with us TODAY - body, blood, soul and divinity – in the Holy Eucharist. Although Jesus comes to us under the appearance of bread and wine, His presence is as real to us NOW as He was flesh-and-blood-real to His disciples when he walked this earth. He can perform miracles, heal us, teach us, and love us. We can talk to Him and He can speak to us through His Word (Holy Scripture) and through the Holy Spirit who lives in us through our baptism and confirmation.

The previous two quotes from Mother Teresa and the WEB page "The Real Presence" reflect that you are sitting at Eucharistic Adoration with Jesus, parishioners and others from around the world and throughout the church.

Please join us as we listen to Jesus’ word, pray for the needs in our lives and peace in the world!
