POLICY – USE OF A-FRAME
In order to help with good publicity for any event and to facilitate better promotion, the St. Ann Communications Commission has adopted a policy for the use of the A-Frame. This policy is as follows:
Any group wishing to reserve the A-Frame may contact Bill Harris at 662-9117. If Bill is not available contact Dave Nagel at 385-2364.
Call Bill Harris for instructions on making your poster or insert material. Posters/material must be no larger than 20½ x 28 inches so as to fit into the A-Frame.
We ask that Parish Council members insert this policy in their Policy Binders for reference, and also make certain the information is passed onto the groups they represent.
If there are any questions, please contact the Chairperson of Communications Commission. It is our hope that all group representatives will understand and abide by this policy.
