ONGOING: Adopt the idea of creating and making readily available informational pamphlets which list St. Ann’s various church ministries. The literature will be accessible to individuals coming into the church.

ONGOING: Maintain the web site with the current events of the commissions and pictures of the members of each commission, as well as activities in the parish with pictures when possible, the weekly bulletin and the monthly newsletter. Remove data from the web site where/when needed.

Provide assistance to other commissions for publicizing their events in the newspapers, newsletter, etc., when we are requested to do so.

We estimate our yearly financial need to be $3,000.00.

Research the cost/feasibility of providing parishioners with the opportunity to purchase Christmas cards and or note cards for 2007 featuring St. Ann’s church and grounds.
