Players & Parents ~ Attached is a Coaches’ Review form for the 2007/2008 Volleyball Season. Please fill out and return it to me (via school or via my home address listed on the back of the review form) as soon as possible. As Volleyball Coordinator for St. Ann, I would like to emphasize two very important points: Your comments are important as well as confidential. While I share the overall comments with our coaches, I do so by summarizing versus sharing the handwritten form; individual names are not used in the summary. In an effort to improve our volleyball program, I share individual summaries with each coach as well as the Booster Board. As we move to Our Lady of Grace in 2008/2009, this year’s review will be very important when it comes time to find coaches for our new regional school. Important: Please remember that our coaches volunteer their time and that they too are parents. "Constructive" comments (positive and/or negative) are important to improve our program. A special note to our 8th players/parents: Your comments are still very important as your coaches may want to return to coach again for us. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks in advance for comments and thanks for all your efforts as parents and players during the season.
